While traditionally hardware-focused, they are transitioning towards a more comprehensive service-oriented approach.  Naviga has been engaged to recruit a Healthcare Tech Sales Executive.

Locations:  Houston or Dallas, TX

Responsibilities: 
  • Network and prospect into healthcare accounts to promote our mobile computing hardware, software, and services
  • Collaborate with inside sales reps and marketing department to generate and nurture leads
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers in hospitals and specialty surgery centers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on winning hospital projects
  • Utilize CRM system (HubSpot) for tracking sales activities and forecasting revenue
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and services
  • Work closely with service team to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention
Requirements:    
  • Previous experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Strong understanding of hospital approval processes and buying influences
  • Experience with CRM systems; proficiency in HubSpot is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
