Responsibilities:
Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, offering guidance, coaching, and accountability to deliver individual and team sales goals
Plan and establish sales quotas for Sales Managers’ marketing area and ensure that they met
Have a clear, teachable understanding of target customer behavior and salescycle
Create and implement sales training and coaching initiatives for the sales team
Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through your team byunderstanding their customers’ needs, addressing concerns, and deliveringtailored solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer feedback is consistentlyimplemented across service or product
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and developments toinform sales strategies
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to foster valuableconnections
Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Education, Ops, and CSto ensure a streamlined and efficient sales process
Initiate and influence major projects involving data tools, collection, and analysis to provide insights around territory utilization, sales rep analysis, pipeline analysis, territory profiling, and best practice sales processes
Proactively create and implement sales process improvements and adoption ofmore effective tools
Structure, document, and communicate rules of engagement and sales policiesbalancing the appropriate level of required documentation and ease of use
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or similar roles within the ProBeauty space
4+ years of leadership experience
Proven track record of leading a sales team
Ownership mindset, flexibility, and ability to manage ambiguity
Stakeholder management skills coupled with strong written and verbalcommunication skills are a must
