Responsibilities:
Work alongside a close-knit team of marketing and graphic design professionals, collectively crafting engaging proposals and presentations
Acquire vital knowledge and skills that will fuel your professional growth within the firm
Produce creative and informative proposals (Adobe InDesign) and presentations (Microsoft PPT) that sell the firm’s professional services in locations across the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern region
Update, maintain and produce marketing material including resumes, project descriptions, statements of qualifications and other promotional materials, etc.
Provide updates to our marketing database (Deltek Vision)
Search for and circulate RFQs and RFPs for opportunities with public sector clients
Participate in regular marketing meetings with technical staff to track and strategize for ongoing and upcoming pursuits
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with professional services marketing in the A/E/C industry developing standard government format and custom “free-form” proposals and presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) is an absolute must
Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Demonstrated proficiency editing technical writing, reviewing and proofreading materials for content and grammar, and style
Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
Ability to consistently deliver quality deliverables in reasonable time
Ability to communicate effectively, including seeking clarification when needed, and providing status updates on assigned tasks
