Title: Temp Business Talent Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, meetings, and follow-up appointments with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, provide necessary information, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Provide administrative assistance to recruiters, including data entry, file management, and maintaining candidate databases
  • Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, reviewing qualifications, and matching candidates with job requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, interest, and fit for available positions
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and expectations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, feedback, and interview outcomes
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support the recruitment team and hiring process

Background Requirements:
  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
