Responsibilities:
Coordinate full life cycle of lateral candidates
Create job requisitions and postings
Maintain candidate files in the applicant tracking system
Coordinate interview schedules
Compile candidate feedback
Prepare standard offer letters
Direct communication with search firm agencies, associate, and partner candidates
Ensure seamless candidate experience
Manage conflicts and background checks
Collaborate on special projects, including market intel
Team with practice group for summer associate reviews and summit
Handle ad hoc administrative requests
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner
Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product
Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required
Foster positive work relationships
Comply with all firm policies and practices
Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned.
Background Requirements:
3 years’ experience in a legal recruiting or similar environment
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Qualified learning and working in new recruiting/HR software programs
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail
A team player with a self-starter attitude
Must be able to work flexible/additional hours as needed
