Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
Manage accounts in the assigned territory, including distribution partnerships and develop new accounts
Identify and engage new business opportunities across the Caribbean Islands, Central America, and the northern rim of South America; focusing on South/Central America (Guatemala, Panama, Dominican Republic)
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with team members on RFQs and other business development activities to ensure seamless operations and customer fulfillment
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) language competency in both spoken and written forms is required
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience; proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue goals
Experience prospecting and closing new business
Must be able to work 100% in-office when not traveling
Strong account management skills, focusing on both existing and new business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Capable of collaborating within a small, close-knit team environment
Willingness to travel one week per month
