Bilingual Outside Sales Representative

Naviga has been retained to identify a Territory Sales Representative.

Title: Bilingual Territory Sales Representative
Location: West Palm Beach, FL 
Travel: Monthly travel to Central America and the Caribbean

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Manage accounts in the assigned territory, including distribution partnerships and develop new accounts
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across the Caribbean Islands, Central America, and the northern rim of South America; focusing on South/Central America (Guatemala, Panama, Dominican Republic)
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with team members on RFQs and other business development activities to ensure seamless operations and customer fulfillment
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) language competency in both spoken and written forms is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience; proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience prospecting and closing new business
  • Must be able to work 100% in-office when not traveling
  • Strong account management skills, focusing on both existing and new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Capable of collaborating within a small, close-knit team environment
  • Willingness to travel one week per month
