Responsibilities:
  • Train, coach, and motivate Sales Enrollment Specialists to achieve and surpass patient enrollment and revenue targets, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Monitor live and recorded phone calls, provide sales training and coaching to enhance call handling techniques and improve conversion rates.
  • Balance call quantity and quality, offering strategic counsel and making data-driven adjustments to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly) to inspire peak performance and ensure alignment with sales and revenue objectives.
  • Leverage metrics and KPIs to track and analyze individual and team sales performance, making informed decisions to drive revenue growth.
  • Review daily sales data, adjusting strategies and resources to meet dynamic market demands and exceed enrollment goals.
  • Implement performance-based incentives, such as rankings, contests, and spiffs, to drive enthusiasm, competitiveness, and goal orientation within the sales team.
  • Maintain precise sales data to support campaign planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Address performance issues proactively, developing corrective action plans and delivering performance appraisals and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive sales reports to management, highlighting performance versus plan and identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Cultivate a positive team environment, leading to high morale and low turnover, and ensuring a motivated, high-achieving sales force.
  • Champion the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organization, aligning team efforts with our overarching goals and driving long-term success.


Requirements:  
  • Proven sales leadership experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and drive results within a team
  • High energy, high initiative, goal orientation, and leadership by example
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple competing priorities while meeting objectives and deadlines
  • Ability to motivate staff to reach performance expectations
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, with the ability to interpret and apply analytics to processes

  • Proficiency in business software applications and Microsoft Office
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
