Responsibilities:
- Utilizing a State-of-the-Art Applicant Tracking System & other lead-generating resources to qualify, profile & convert prospects into clients
- Maintain a full sales funnel of these prospects & build amazing relationships
- Own business development sales cycle, initial contact to close to management of client
- Supporting and expanding of existing customer base
- Communicating with clients, analysis of their needs, primary interaction
- Collaborates and shares knowledge with various team members and departments
- Builds and maintains ongoing awareness of new products, services, competitor activities and market data
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in Information Technology, IT Staffing or Professional Services
- Able to work well independently, be self-confident, authentic in abilities and demeanor
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and a high achiever
- Must be internally driven to succeed, want to help people, and sell with purpose
- Must be able to successfully pass background check
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree not required but preferred
