This role presents a thrilling opportunity to join a dynamic team and spearhead the management of a diverse portfolio, encompassing luxurious residences, vehicles, a scenic ski lodge, and an expansive airport hangar. As a Property Manager, you'll immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, embracing autonomy while orchestrating seamless operations across multiple properties. Collaborating with skilled contractors, you'll tackle a spectrum of maintenance tasks, ranging from construction projects to landscaping endeavors, all while ensuring unparalleled cleanliness and upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the family by coordinating various tasks and services.
• Oversee day-to-day activities at the main residence and four auxiliary properties, as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements with contractors and vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Act as a point of contact for contractors and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and be available on-call to address any urgent matters.

Requirements:

• Prior military or first responder experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
