Title: Solution Executive
Location: Remote CST or EST

Key Points:
  • This high-impact senior-level role is responsible for generating $7M to $15M in annual consulting revenue, directly contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Work closely with business development, practice leadership, and technical teams to develop and implement strategic solutions for high-profile clients

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Business Development Managers (BDMs) in account planning, identifying opportunities, and crafting strategic business development plans.
  • Work directly with clients to assess business, technical, process, resource, and contractual requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Engage with practice area technical experts and leadership to ensure delivery excellence and mitigate project risks.
  • Drive solution development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation processes.
  • Oversee project origination, ensuring internal communication, contract completion, and smooth engagement start.
  • Provide solution consulting to delivery leadership and stay actively engaged in project initiation.
  • Conduct customer, project, and solution health checks with client project teams.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual client portfolio reviews to assess project success and identify improvement areas.
  • Work with leadership to develop case studies and capture intellectual property from successful projects.
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with partners, account executives, and business development leaders.
  • Identify and foster new business opportunities through alliances, regional partnerships, and industry events.
  • Co-facilitate regional partner summits and strategic client development events to strengthen industry presence.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years’ experience in capital project management, construction management, cost estimation, and project controls (planning & scheduling).
  • 10+ years’ experience in an owner’s rep or consulting role within manufacturing construction, capital expansion, or utilities infrastructure projects.
  • 10+ years’ experience in solution development, estimating, contract negotiation, and project planning.
  • Strong business and engineering acumen with the ability to communicate technical capabilities and develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Experience with client qualification, pre-bid reviews, scope development, and project estimation.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
  • Contract and cost negotiation skills are highly desirable.
  • Able to travel 50% of the time to engage with clients.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, CCM, CPCP, CCEA, ASPE preferred.
