Title: Junior Real Estate Associate
Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on general real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture, and financing transactions.
     
  • Work with clients on a variety of real estate matters, supporting purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to structure and negotiate real estate deals.
  • Provide legal research and support in drafting transaction documents and agreements.
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1 year of transactional law experience, ideally gained from an AmLaw 100 law firm or with SEC experience.
  • Strong academic background with transferable skills in real estate law.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and good business judgment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Persuasive communication and management skills.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Deliver high-quality work products and meet deadlines.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Comply with firm policies and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Engage in both sedentary and physical activities, including working at a computer, participating in virtual meetings, and attending client meeting
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
