Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managers and/or directors within an assigned department.
  • Create, edit, and format Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Distribute reports and maintain departmental data as needed.
  • Draft professional correspondence, contracts, and internal communications.
  • Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems; index and close files as required.
  • Support document production, proofreading, report assembly, and digital file distribution.
  • Participate in virtual meetings, respond to internal requests, and deliver high-quality administrative support.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, discretion, and timeliness.
  • Complete additional administrative duties and project support as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
