Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and/or directors within an assigned department.
- Create, edit, and format Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Distribute reports and maintain departmental data as needed.
- Draft professional correspondence, contracts, and internal communications.
- Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems; index and close files as required.
- Support document production, proofreading, report assembly, and digital file distribution.
- Participate in virtual meetings, respond to internal requests, and deliver high-quality administrative support.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, discretion, and timeliness.
- Complete additional administrative duties and project support as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
