- Work with a reputable global firm known for its excellence in professional services.
- Support the Structured Finance practice, focusing on derivatives and structured finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate documentation under the ISDA Master Agreement, including the Schedule, Credit Support Annex, and Confirmations.
- Advise clients on over-the-counter derivatives and regulatory protocols such as Dodd-Frank and ISDA protocols.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex structured finance matters.
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- Three to five years of experience in derivatives and structured finance.
- Familiarity with ISDA Master Agreement, Schedule, Credit Support Annex, Confirmations, and related documentation.
- AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work products in a timely manner.
- Meet deadlines and perform duties in alignment with firm expectations.
- Manage competing priorities and maintain positive client relationships.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
