Responsibilities:
Support the Structured Finance practice, focusing on derivatives and structured finance transactions.
Draft and negotiate documentation under the ISDA Master Agreement, including the Schedule, Credit Support Annex, and Confirmations.
Advise clients on over-the-counter derivatives and regulatory protocols such as Dodd-Frank and ISDA protocols.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex structured finance matters.
Requirements:
Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
Three to five years of experience in derivatives and structured finance.
Familiarity with ISDA Master Agreement, Schedule, Credit Support Annex, Confirmations, and related documentation.
AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
Deliver high-quality, accurate work products in a timely manner.
Meet deadlines and perform duties in alignment with firm expectations.
Manage competing priorities and maintain positive client relationships.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
