Title: Mid-Level Telecom Associate
Location: Hybrid -Washington, DC

Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing
- Draft clear, accurate, and persuasive legal documents, reports, and communications
- Provide expertise in telecommunications regulatory issues, including the Communications Act and FCC regulations
- Support clients with navigating complex telecommunications laws and regulations
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work within established deadlines
- Produce accurate, timely, and well-organized work products
- Collaborate with other team members and professionals to achieve client goals
- Demonstrate leadership potential and contribute to managing the work of others as needed
- Participate in digital/virtual conference calls and meetings as needed
- Adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing competing demands
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
- 3-5 years of telecommunications experience
- Prior experience with a law firm or FCC is preferred
- Interest in telecommunications and spectrum-based technologies
- Expertise in telecommunications regulatory issues under the Communications Act and familiarity with FCC processes
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Attention to detail with strong business judgment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Research and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- Management potential and leadership abilities
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
