Responsibilities:
Integrate the people strategy into business planning, organizational development, and performance assessment
Partner with senior leadership to align HR policies with business goals and ensure compliance with employment law
Drive action plans for employee engagement, DE&I, succession planning, and leadership development
Provide executive coaching and lead development initiatives to build high-performing teams
Lead organizational change and execute HR projects supporting growth targets
Collaborate with HR COEs (DEI, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compliance) to deliver tailored solutions
Represent the Services function in cross-operating company HR strategy discussions
Actively contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and adaptive culture
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of HR experience in a U.S.-based engineering services firm larger than $700M in revenue
Proven HR leadership with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen
Experience supporting large-scale engineering teams across North America; global exposure a plus
Prior experience in both engineering and human resources (must have worked as an engineer)
Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in PeopleSoft or similar HRIS preferred
Deep understanding of engineering services operations, workforce models, and talent challenges
Strong influence across executive and operational leadership
Resilient, resourceful, and able to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Required travel: Up to 40% within North America
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)
