Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the face of the branch, overseeing daily operations across service, parts, and rental while fostering strong interdepartmental collaboration, including coordination with sales leadership
  • Manage overall branch financial performance, including full P&L responsibility for approximately $34M in annual revenue
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to department leaders; coach, mentor, and support ongoing development of team members
  • Lead and participate in weekly team meetings; uphold operational standards, safety protocols, and performance expectations
  • Promote a positive, servant leadership culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and customer service excellence
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships; actively support sales efforts and market growth initiatives
  • Partner with the General Manager and corporate leadership to align branch performance with strategic goals
  • Conduct occasional regional travel as needed

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years managing teams in operational or service-based settings
  • Demonstrated success managing a P&L and driving revenue growth, including the ability to analyze income statements and take appropriate action
  • Experience in material handling, logistics, supply chain, or similar industries 
  • Prior experience overseeing multiple business functions (e.g., service, rentals, parts)
  • Strong understanding of service operations with field-based technicians
  • Servant leadership style with a team-first mentality and customer-driven approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, financial, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite and visiting customer sites locally as needed
  • Strong motivator of people, influencer of culture, and servant leadership  
  • Required travel: Infrequent - as needed
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
