Responsibilities:
Serve as the financial business partner for one or more delivery practices
Develop and enhance dynamic financial models for project and program pricing and health
Lead monthly performance reviews and contribute to global executive business reporting
Create and refine KPIs to monitor financial performance (e.g., gross profit, utilization, pricing)
Drive budget, forecast, and financial planning processes across project portfolios
Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, contracts, finance, and executive leadership
Support RFP and bid strategies with data-driven financial analysis and market insights
Continuously improve financial tools, processes, and models for scalability and accuracy
Mitigate risk by addressing insurance, legal, and A/R issues in partnership with leadership
Mentor and develop future FinOps talent, including analysts and project coordinators
Requirements:
Extensive experience in a role with a global, services organization focused on strategic pricing elements and building financial models is required.
Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Understanding of financial/project accounting and contractual matters.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
Expertise in services pricing strategy and analysis.
Experience in engineering services is a must-have, with a focus on services.
Must have strong operational finance understanding.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar backend systems.
Knowledge of talent acquisition, field services, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
Able to partner with internal PMO, understand delivery dynamics, manage SOWs, pricing, and profitability analysis.
Transparent and team-oriented.
Ability to take feedback well.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline
