Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring professionals across various departments
Oversee the entire process from requisition to offer acceptance for diverse roles within our client's organization.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source both passive and active candidates using various channels, including online databases, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
Ensure clear communication and timely feedback to provide a positive experience for all candidates.
Skillfully negotiate offers and successfully close candidates, facilitating a smooth transition into the client's company.
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records within the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter with success in sourcing and attracting talent in various capacities and roles.
Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and platforms.
Naturally proactive, with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to securing top talent quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
