Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Conduct regular ride-alongs, shadowing, and joint customer meetings to provide real-time feedback and sales coaching.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts in a monthly recurring revenue model.
Monitor individual and team performance using KPIs, sales metrics, and pipeline reviews, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Foster a high-performance culture by recognizing achievements, addressing performance gaps, and encouraging professional growth.
Collaborate with Marketing and BDR teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, product positioning, and customer retention strategies.
Provide training on sales processes, value-based selling, negotiation, and objection handling specific to the software industry.
Ensure consistent use of CRM and sales tools for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking.
Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to equip the team with competitive insights.
