The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join a growing team in Lewisville, TX. As a key liaison between the Human Resources department and business units, you'll be a strategic advisor and operational executor across the full HR lifecycle. This role blends core HR Generalist responsibilities with strategic business partnering to enhance team member engagement, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. You'll join a small but mighty HR team at a pivotal moment as we align our HR processes, implement a new HRIS, and build a truly unified HR function. This is a hybrid role based in Lewisville, TX.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for approximately 270 employees across 8-10 branches in the Gulf Region.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing coaching on performance management, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Lead or support HR projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS system (Workday), and contribute to training and cultural development initiatives.
  • Conduct virtual new hire orientations, manage exit interviews, and oversee leave of absence processes.

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor's degree from a brick-and-mortar college in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience, demonstrating a strong foundation as an HR Generalist and Strategic Partner.
  • You possess a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders in a fast-paced, "blue-collar" or industrial environment.
  • You have a high level of discretion and can handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
  • A PHR or SPHR certification is highly valued.
  • Experience with modern HRIS systems like Workday and familiarity with ADA accommodations and leave administration is a plus.

A strong cultural fit is the most critical factor for success in this role. We are looking for a mid-career professional with at least 3 years of progressive HR experience.
