The Opportunity
This is a temporary, full-time Sales and Lending Administrator position in Dallas, Texas to cover a maternity leave. The person will be responsible for assisting the sales team by providing finance solutions for customers and acting as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and banking partners. This role requires a prompt start within the next week to ten days and is expected to last until the returning employee comes back in late January.
What You Will Do
Assist in providing finance solutions for customers.
Work with the sales team to take requests.
Fulfill requests by working with their banking partners and internal tools.
Engage in the back and forth process of trying to secure lending for deals.
Work directly with lenders/bankers once a receipt of sale is received to make the deal happen.
Be highly responsive via phone and email.
Organize and review necessary paperwork and documents related to sales and financing.
Prioritize tasks, especially at the end of the month, focusing on immediate cash-generating activities.
Who You Are
Reliable and Responsive in all communications.
Proficient in Excel.
Possess previous customer interaction or customer service experience.
Have experience in sales support, sales admin, or inside sales.
Able to juggle multiple projects and multiple deadlines.
A decent communicator.
Willing to work a hybrid schedule in the DFW corporate office (WFH Monday and Friday).
Able to work the 8 AM - 5 PM shift.
The Ideal Candidate is a reliable and responsive professional who is comfortable operating as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and lenders to close financing deals. They should have a background that includes direct customer interaction, such as sales support or a loan officer/coordinator role. Experience with commercial lending would be a significant advantage. This person is not a heavy FP&A or spreadsheet-driven Financial Analyst but rather process-oriented, a strong communicator, and skilled at prioritizing immediate, high-impact work
