About Our Client
Our client is looking for a recruiter.
What You Will Do
Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to offer acceptance for diverse roles across the organization.
Identify and attract both passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing channels, social media, and professional networks.
Work directly with hiring managers to understand department needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure the organization is prepared for immediate and future growth needs.
Who You Are
You are naturally driven, with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to securing talent quickly and effectively.
You possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build immediate trust with candidates and leadership.
You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting software to maintain organized and accurate records.
You enjoy working independently but thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in corporate recruiting, should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or possess equivalent high-level experience).
