Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team on-site in Brandon, FL.
About The Position
This role is a hands-on, strategic Talent Acquisition leader who will build and guide recruiting efforts across multiple U.S. markets. Rather than simply filling requisitions, this individual will serve as a trusted business partner to leadership, owning talent strategy, advising on best practices, and helping scale the organization through thoughtful, data-informed hiring decisions.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the business, advising leadership and hiring managers on recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and market conditions.
Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from intake and strategy through offer acceptance, across a wide range of roles and functions.
Provide market insights to leadership and hiring managers to inform sourcing strategies, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines.
Provide guidance on Talent Acquisition best practices, including interview design, candidate assessment, and hiring process improvements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and innovation within Talent Acquisition.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs, not just immediate openings.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in competitive and emerging U.S. markets.
Own and manage the annual recruiting budget, including recurring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Indeed) and discretionary spend.
Serve as a strong ambassador of the company’s employer brand, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
Partner with leadership as the organization scales into new regions, helping establish recruiting infrastructure and processes where none currently exist.
Conduct ongoing research on industry hiring trends, competitor talent strategies, and regional labor market dynamics.
Monitor emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in Talent Acquisition to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
Leverage data and market intelligence to refine recruiting approaches and proactively address talent gaps.
Who You Are
Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success operating as a strategic partner rather than a transactional recruiter.
Experience building or scaling recruiting functions, ideally in organizations undergoing growth or geographic expansion.
Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through expertise, data, and market insight.
Experience owning or managing recruiting budgets and vendor relationships.
Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating with limited structure.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics.
Comfortable balancing hands-on recruiting with strategic planning and advisory responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in corporate recruiting, should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or possess equivalent high-level experience).
