The Opportunity

Naviga is partnering with this prestigious firm to recruit a Contract Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their high-performing team . This role is essential for maintaining the firm’s digital presence and executing sophisticated marketing campaigns across global platforms . You will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all digital content adheres to the highest brand and accessibility standards .


What You Will Do

 

  • Web Content Management: Edit, update, and publish webpages and microsites using the CMS, including building new pages with established templates.
  • Email & CRM Operations: Generate marketing lists using the CRM and build/disseminate external email campaigns following best practices.
  • Social Media & Advocacy: Construct and publish social media posts natively or via marketing platforms, and manage content within the employee advocacy tool.
  • Quality Assurance & Analytics: Perform rigorous QA on all digital content for brand standards, review Siteimprove reports, and pull data reports in Google Analytics.
  • Design & Technical Support: Resize or crop digital images, provide virtual event support, and make basic enhancements to search relevance using Coveo.
  • Project Coordination: Track all tasks within the Marketing Central system and proactively share progress updates with stakeholders.

 

Who You Are

 

  • Experienced Professional: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services firm or digital shared services role; B2B marketing agency experience is required.
  • Technical Specialist: You possess hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.) and proficiency in basic HTML and Photoshop.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a high attention to detail and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You have strong written and verbal English communication skills and are comfortable working in virtual teams using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

The Ideal Candidate

 

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketing professional with a background in professional services or agency environments . They should have specific experience with Vuture (email) and InterAction (CRM), and a proven ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously while maintaining extreme accuracy . A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Journalism is preferred .
