The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead market expansion and new member acquisition. This role is responsible for positioning a world-class GPO ecosystem as the premier solution for indirect cost savings and operational support. You will manage the full sales cycle, from data-driven prospecting to high-level executive presentations and member onboarding.
The Location
Remote opportunity. Must live in AZ, CO, NV or UT. Regional travel required (includes periodic 2–3 day trips via car or air)
What You Will Do
Drive new member sales and multi-site growth within assigned regional markets.
Own end-to-end prospecting, using AI-driven lead generation and CRM automation to identify and enrich high-value target lists.
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calling and structured digital sequences.
Perform market analyses to prioritize accounts and demonstrate measurable ROI/savings estimates to prospects.
Collaborate with internal Customer Solutions teams to ensure a seamless transition for new members.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and stay ahead of industry procurement trends.
Who You Are
Experience: 2–3+ years of professional B2B sales experience (background in purchasing, contracting, or supply chain is a plus).
Tech-Fluent: Highly proficient in CRM platforms and modern AI tools for data enrichment and prospecting.
Strategic Communicator: Skilled in storytelling and presenting to VP-level and C-suite stakeholders with a polished, professional presence.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
