This is a contract opportunity for a Specialist, Digital Campaigns to play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across the Americas region. Working under the direction of the Director, Digital Campaigns, this individual serves as a hands-on contributor, helping to achieve business objectives through content publication, campaign support, and analytics. This is an ideal role for a digital marketer who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams—including marketing, creative, and business development—to deliver high-impact digital assets within a professional services environment.The Location
This position offers significant flexibility, as it can be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices. The firm supports a modern working environment and provides a hybrid work schedule that allows for a balance of remote and in-office work.What You Will Do
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns under the direction of the Director, Digital Campaigns.
- Coordinate with practice and sector marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment with strategic priorities.
- Support the creation of campaign assets in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
- Build, edit, and publish web pages using established templates and content management systems.
- Independently publish social media content for assigned campaigns using the firm’s social media management platform.
- Perform quality assurance checks on digital content to ensure adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing analytics reports.
- Maintain and update process documents, campaign playbooks, and digital marketing best practices.
90-Day Success Roadmap
- Integrate into the digital campaigns team and establish working relationships with internal marketing and creative stakeholders.
- Gain proficiency in the firm’s specific content management systems and social media platforms.
- Take ownership of assigned campaign assets, ensuring all digital content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Successfully manage multiple project deadlines and communicate progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the tracking and reporting of campaign performance analytics to help refine strategy.
Who You Are
- Professional with 4+ years of experience in a professional services firm, B2B agency, or digital shared services role.
- Specialist with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing production or digital marketing support.
- Experienced in social media marketing, website publication, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365, CoPilot, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
