We are seeking a dynamic, results-focused Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our internal team. What You Will Do

In this role, you will be the core driver of our client's hiring success, balancing world-class recruiting with strategic account oversight:

  • Expert Sourcing & Selection: Proactively identify, engage, and screen top-tier talent for direct hire and temporary roles across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Utilize our cutting-edge tech stack (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to build and maintain robust pipelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure both qualifications and cultural fit are perfectly aligned with the client’s needs. Uphold our mission of providing hires that meaningfully grow the client’s business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment project, ensuring satisfaction, providing regular updates, and aligning our process with their urgent hiring goals.
  • Recruitment Process Mastery: Seamlessly execute the entire recruitment workflow, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding, leveraging sophisticated ATS workflows and automations.
  • Priority & Team Leadership: Assess project needs and provide clear direction to our offshore sourcing team, monitoring their output to ensure quality and project deadlines are consistently met.
  • Strategic Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to upsell additional services and play a pivotal role in expanding our temporary staffing accounts through targeted relationship-building.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate who is driven, organized, and has a proven track record of success in a high-stakes environment.
The Ideal Candidate brings the following:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in full-cycle talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing, with a retained search or staffing firm background highly preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge and comfort with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), complex recruitment workflows, and automations.
  • Client Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of effectively managing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, upselling, or business development goals.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and report clearly on recruitment metrics.
  • Knowledge of the sales, marketing, and operations job market is a plus.
